Charley F. Conrad has been in the field of commercial industrial real estate in Colorado Springs since 1985. Mr. Conrad is a graduate of Texas Christian University where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in real estate finance. Mr. Conrad continued his formal education earning the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 1991. During his twenty three year in commercial real estate in Colorado Springs, Mr. Conrad has completed property transactions representing millions of square feet of research-development and manufacturing space. His strength and presence in the Colorado Springs marketplace are due to his strict, uncompromising dedication to specialization in the industrial market only. This commitment to a specific market area and strong transactional experience have created Mr. Conrad the reputation as an “expert” in the Colorado Springs Industrial Property Market.
Mr. Conrad served as past Chairman of the Realtors Commercial Industrial Society (RCIS) where among his many responsibilities he founded and directed the Colorado Springs Economic Development Corporation’s “Commercial/Industrial Broker Rotation Program”. This program provides a group of qualified real estate consultants to assist in evaluating real estate opportunities for new employers considering the Pikes Peak Region for business expansions and relocations.
Mr. Conrad’s commitment to continued education, thorough market knowledge and strong transactional experience create opportunities to maximize returns in real estate while prudently identifying and managing risk.
